Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Omenn (“Omenn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with your purchase and use of the Omenn software and associated services (the “Software”). By using the Software, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
In order to provide, authenticate, and secure the Software, Omenn collects the following categories of information:
- Hardware Identifiers (HWID): A unique identifier derived from your device's hardware components, used to enforce the hardware-locked licensing model described in our Terms of Service.
- IP Addresses: Collected automatically upon connection to our DRM and market intelligence servers, used for authentication, security, and anomaly detection.
- Roblox User IDs: Collected to bind your license to a single Roblox account, as required under our license terms.
- Discord IDs / Usernames: Collected at checkout to associate your license with private support-role access on our Discord server.
- Telemetry Data: Automatically collected crash logs, error tracebacks, and external API schema failure reports generated during operation of the Software.
- Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed entirely through the Whop platform. Omenn does not directly collect or store your full payment card or billing details; such information is handled by Whop in accordance with Whop's own privacy practices.
2. How We Use Your Information
Data collected is used strictly for the following purposes:
- DRM Enforcement: Validating that a license is being used on its authorized device and Roblox account, and preventing unauthorized sharing or duplication of license keys.
- Security Anomaly Detection: Identifying and responding to suspicious activity patterns, including geolocation jumping (rapid changes in IP-derived location inconsistent with normal use) and HWID hopping (attempts to use a single license across multiple devices). Where such automated detection results in a license suspension, you may contact support to request a manual review.
- Product Improvement: Analyzing crash logs, error tracebacks, and API schema failures to diagnose bugs, improve stability, and prioritize development work.
- Customer Support: Using your Discord ID and Roblox User ID to verify license ownership and provide support through our private Discord channels.
- Legal Compliance and Enforcement: Enforcing our Terms of Service, investigating suspected violations, and complying with applicable law.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a stated legal basis, Omenn processes your information on the basis of: performance of the contract between you and Omenn (license authentication and delivery of the Software); Omenn's legitimate interests in securing the Software and preventing fraud or abuse; and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties, under any circumstances.
- We may share limited data with Whop solely as necessary to process payments and manage your subscription, as Whop acts as the payment processor and billing platform for the Software.
- We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Omenn, our users, or the public.
- We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the acquiring party's agreement to honor the commitments made in this Policy.
- We do not knowingly share Roblox User IDs, Discord IDs, HWIDs, or IP addresses with any party other than as described in this Policy.
5. Automated Decision-Making
Our security systems may automatically flag or suspend a license based on anomaly-detection signals (such as HWID hopping or geolocation jumping) without prior human review. You may request a manual review of any automated suspension by contacting support through the channels made available to license holders.
6. Data Retention
We retain the information described above for as long as your license remains active, and for up to twelve (12) months following expiration or termination of your license, as reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, investigate security incidents, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Data Security and Breach Notification
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted communication channels between the Software client and our servers, to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict the processing of, or request deletion of your personal information, and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting us through the support channel associated with your license. Please note that deletion of certain identifiers (such as your HWID or Roblox User ID) may render your license unusable, as this data is required for license authentication.
9. Regional Disclosures (EEA/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA)
- If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights described in Section 8 above under the General Data Protection Regulation and UK GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Omenn does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Children's Privacy
The Software is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Our servers and infrastructure may be located in jurisdictions other than your own. By using the Software, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in such jurisdictions, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or our storefront. Continued use of the Software following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
13. Contact
Questions regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices may be directed to Omenn through the support channels made available to active license holders.
