Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods — All Sales Are Final

Omenn provides immediate digital access to proprietary market intelligence, valuation data, and software functionality upon license activation. Because the Software constitutes a digital good delivering immediate access to proprietary services, all sales are final. Omenn does not offer free trials; every completed purchase reflects immediate, intentional access to a paid license.

2. No Refunds

No refunds — prorated or otherwise — will be issued for:

• Active or partially used subscription periods;
• Roblox account bans, suspensions, or restrictions incurred while using the Software;
• Failure or election not to utilize the Software after purchase;
• Service downtime, interruption, or discontinuation, except where required by applicable law;
• License revocation resulting from a violation of the Terms of Service, including prohibited conduct under the Prohibited Conduct section of the Terms of Service.

3. Scope

This No Refunds policy applies equally to the Base License and to any Additional Account Key licenses purchased, and to every billing cycle of a recurring subscription, regardless of the extent to which the Software was actually used during that cycle.

4. Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions

Omenn licenses are billed on a recurring monthly basis through the Whop platform. You are solely responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription directly through your Whop dashboard prior to the start of your next billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for a subsequent renewal period. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged for the current or any prior billing period.

5. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

Any concerns regarding a specific charge should be raised promptly through your Whop account or with our support channel before contacting your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an authorized charge, without first attempting to resolve the issue through these channels, will be treated as a fraudulent act under our Terms of Service and will result in immediate suspension or termination of the associated license without refund. Omenn reserves the right to contest any such dispute with supporting evidence of usage and to pursue collection of any resulting shortfall.

6. Currency and Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable taxes are calculated and collected through the Whop checkout at the time of purchase and are non-refundable to the same extent as the underlying charge.

7. Statutory Exceptions

Where applicable law mandates a right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund for digital goods that cannot be waived by agreement (such as certain consumer protection statutes in specific jurisdictions), this Refund Policy shall be applied only to the extent permitted by such law, and any legally mandated rights you may have remain unaffected.
